There are many people without a job today because their knowledge or skills aren’t in demand any more. Nothing hurts more than when you are given a pink slip and shoved out the back door. Talk about a blast to your self-confidence.

I also don’t want to mislead you into thinking that you will make millions of dollars as an affiliate marketer. It’s possible but not very likely.
What is likely is that affiliate marketing can provide you with a decent second income until you master the ins and outs of Internet marketing. By building on your success you can eventually achieve a full-time income and escape the 9 to 5 rat race.
